The college is located at Coffee Research Station commonly called Jacaranda in the main coffee growing area in Kenya near Ruiru town. It is only 33kms to the north of Nairobi and is easily accessible through the Nairobi-Thika road. Jacaranda has a conducive country side environment suitable for learning not to mention the expansive coffee landscape which gives the characteristic message of serious coffee farming.

Objectives

* To develop and organize an efficient information management system for the coffee industry through training and production of teaching materials
* To provide an information forum for students, researchers, farmers, coffee service sectors and others.
